"I'm fine!" Kona calls, wincing at the volume of the shriek, "It's dying, I don't see any more creatures down here, but that was very loud and they might have heard it! Someone help me get this beast up there, we can bring it back with us!"

"It is too big but..." Luki says looking around. "This will work. Paul see that cart if you grab it I will help him." He said jumping down into the sewer with some rope. Walking over to Kona. "Alright I am here."

Paul grabed the cart and headed over to the eadge of the shaft Ready he said taking the rope and giving it a light tension.

"Thank you," Kona sighs and ties the monster to the rope, avoiding it's last death kicks. "Ready?"

Paul and the soldiers, pulled the monster up and tied it to the cart, then they lowered the rope to help the others up.

Luki came out of the sewer. "I hate speed." He said.

"You're probably the strongest here," Kona says to Luki. "You and two of the others can haul the cart, I'll protect our right flank and Paul can protect the left."

That is a good idea. said Paul. the other can trail behind and watch for critters. They definitely seem to be in this area, and I would like to get us all back intact.

The soldiers start to move along beside the cart as well, everyone keeping a sharp eye out for monster-sign. Even the slightest noise of rock shifting swings half a dozen rifles in that direction.

Paul ran back and forth trying to cover every part of the trail, He was feeling as nervous as could be, He checked a couple of times to be sure the critter on the cart was still dead.

Luki huffed and puffed. Pushing the cart was tiring.
